digestion heaven & a flat tummy

For most of us, keeping our diet in check means having great digestion and feeling good. But not all of us. A lot of healthy people have stomach issues that stem from digestion problems. So what can we do besides eat healthy and be good? Lots of stuff!! Even if you eat a cheeseburger everyday for lunch you can add these rituals to your diet to better your digestion aka have a flatter tummy.

aloe vera juice

Aloe has very high levels of phytosterols - which is a compound that helps to reduce visceral fat (the fat that surrounds your vital organs). The same phytosterols also help to control your blood sugar which in turns helps your body to stop storing fat in the midsection. Phytosterols have also been known to increase your metabolism (to give you more energy) and aid in burning fat. Aloe will help to eliminate waste more effectively because it contains aloin (aloin stimulates gut activity).

fresh or ground ginger

Ginger can help lower cholesterol and blood pressure significantly. High cholesterol has lead to obesity-related illnesses like heart disease and cancer.

add a teaspoon of fresh ginger to shakes or honey and take atleast once a day buy here

bee pollen

Our soils today are so low in essential nutrients so even when you should be full, your body is still craving food. Bee pollen contains all the known essential elements needed to live a healthy life. In fact, it has 22 amino acids, 14 fatty acids, RNA, DNA lecithin/cholilne, phenylalanine, carotenes and polysaccharides. It also has a crazy amount of vitamins including B, C and D. It's very nutrient dense, so just a small amount will give you all your nutrients. Bee pollen is a protein and it will curb your appetite and speed up your metabolism. As an antioxidant, it will neutralize free radials and stop premature aging.

CV is derived from coconut water or coconut tree sap and contains potassium, calcium, zinc, iron and lots of antioxidants. It has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that help keep illnesses and infections a thing of the past. For the tummy, CV has enzymes and probiotics that support a healthy digester and immune system.

mct swirl

MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides. MCT fats are absorbed quickly by the body and give you instant energy. MCT is transported to the liver instead of the lymphatic system (where most fats have to travel to) it's metabolized there and it turned into energy just like a carbohydrate. The more energy you have, the more fat you can burn.
