Pumpkin Creme Pie Latte

I love a good pumpkin spice latte but I don't love all the calories, sugar, and synthetic ingredients in the ones I get from coffee shops. I make my own. It's easy and it tastes WAY better. You can make it iced or hot, whatever you prefer. There are 3 different recipes here - one requires a little more effort and ingredients.

Version 1 more work

1 single espresso shot

1/4 cup pumpkin fresh or canned

1/4 cup coconut milk or coconut cream

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

honey to taste (I use 1/2 teaspoon)

hot

Add coconut cream to a frother (preferably one that warms), froth well and set aside. Add pumpkin, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Blend well. Combine frothed milk and pumpkin espresso mixture together. Add pumpkin pie spice and stir well.

iced

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend well and pour over ice. Keep reading for the easy version!
