Sexy Valentine's Day Cocktails

I was inspired by Valentine's cocktail recipes from all over the web - but, I prefer a certain kind of cocktail - one that is made with super fresh ingredients. . . and I make the best ones at home.

These are my favorites for the season. . .

The Pink Lady Pink Drink

1 1/2 ounces of Hendrick's gin

1/2 ounce Apple Juice

1/2 ounce Lemon Juice, preferably fresh

1 Egg White

1/5 ounce (or a couple of dashes) of grenadine

Combine all your ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake it, shake it, shake it to get the egg well mixed. Now add ice and shake some more. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.

Valentine's Pink Bubbly Martini

2 ounces of Champagne or Prosecco

1 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice

1 ounce Strawberry Water  (10 diced strawberries into 4 cups of fresh filtered water and let chill for at least three hours)

Stir Strawberry Watermelon Flavor (optional)

Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, and shake gently to mix. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh cut strawberry or slice of watermelon.
